It can be extremely daunting walking into a new church for the first time, whether you are used to church or new to the whole experience. At Christ Church Deeside we want to do our best to make it as easy as possible to settle in, to get to know people, and to get involved.

What we believe

As a Church we believe that the message of the Bible is the most relevant and exciting news in the world. We also firmly believe that Christianity stands up to rigorous questioning.  This is because it is based on historic events that are unique and momentous, but none the less historically credible - the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

These events not only establish that Jesus is who he said he was but they also comprise what Christians call "the gospel": the momentous news that Jesus has conquered death, now rules this world, offers life and forgiveness to all who turn to him, and will come again to judge the world.  To know Jesus is to know life as God intended.   To reject Jesus is to remain under God's judgment.

Whatever your stage of Christian understanding you are warmly welcome to come and explore the message of the Bible with us at Christ Church Deeside.

The history of Christ church

Christ Church Deeside has been through many changes. From it's very beginning, to the group of people that currently make up the Church. We have some key dates of events which have, in some way, shaped the Church. Click here for more info

Church Leaders

The church staff, elders, and deacons serve the church body by working alongside the congregation in the various ministries of the church: Our pastors and elders provide spiritual leadership and teaching to equip the church, and deacons serve those leading and working in our ministries. (Pastors, elders, and deacons are called by the church based on qualifications found in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.)
